My ice maker was old and leaking. The fridge is a Kenmore, called Sears as I have done in the past several times. Told the “AI” that I needed a new ice maker. Made the appointment and the tech came out. The first thing he did was look in my freezer compartment and told me I need new ice maker. I’ll have to order a new one. Why didn’t you bring one with you? Sears charged me $249.00 for the ice maker, the exact part was on Amazon for $80.00. The labor to install (less than 20 minutes) brought my bill to just over $500.00. Never again Sears!

Not happy at all. They were out to fix the problem. That night we dried clothes and it sounds like screws and a brick are in our dryer. And now it takes twice as long to dry. It was supposed to be a simple pulley and belt repair. Had to call and reschedule another ticket that is a week out AGAIN!!!!!

Never returned my call. It's al AI. No humans at all. My furnace wasn't heating up. Since it is a kenmore no other service can fix it due to their parts only at their whare house. Proprietary is what I was told. Wish I knew that when I bought it.

Had someone named Dennis come out to fix our washer. The guy ordered a part and scheduled to come back a week later. The part arrived at our house the day before he was scheduled to come back, but for whatever reason the automated system rescheduled our appointment for a week later so already was upset about it being delayed another week. Decided to fix it myself only to decover he ordered the complete wrong part and didn't even fit. Found the part for 15 dollars on Amazon and fixed the damn thing myself. Can't call and talk to a person system is all automated. Would like my 126 dollars back they charged us for the wrong damn part!!! Reply: This number is still all automated, how do I talk to an actual person? Or where would I go in the automated system to return this part and get my money back for the part I don't need? Or do I just send it back?

Terrible 1st pitcher IDK what that is but it wasn’t there before 2nd pitch panel on bottom not put back in 3rd. Dishes are just as dirty as before it was worked on

The technician did a fantastic job-it wasn’t his fault but we were without a washer for 2 Months while we waited on parts to be delivered. Difficult to talk to anyone and get appointments scheduled
