Vincent knew exactly what was wrong with my fridge immediately. He knew exactly which parts I needed and was able to fix my refrigerator very quickly. He was very nice and I enjoyed our interaction. I would say that I am very satisfied with the service I received.

What a pleasure it is to have my dryer back and working beautifully! First, Maddey came to my home analyzed the problem, ordered the parts & scheduled the appointment for today. Parts arrived, appointment confirmed…Jacob D called (as requested) to let me know his ETA. Jacob D was a perfect representative for Sears's, Professional, personable, poised, polite, knowledgeable. Incredibly quiet & neat….as expected from years of Sears professionals. Thank you Sears!

Matt is a pro and does his job well without hesitation. However, getting an appointment was a nightmare. I had to call in at least 4 or 5 times to finally get an appointment.
