Stephen was kind and professional. I wish he was the original tech that came to my house end of July. My issue would have been resolved and I could have had a new washer in place since this is not repairable. Highly recommend Stephen!

Vinny called ahead and came early from the appointed time which meant we didn't have to wait all day. He did a thorough exam of the frig, offered advice on going forward and was generally a pro in expertise and recommendations. Would want him back for any other appliances we have and might need. Thanks Sears for having him as an employee.
