Elegant advice
Frank diagnosed the issue in a nanosecond. Then we decided it wasn't a good use of his time. He advised me of the corrections and that as they say was that. Was happy to pay the service minimum. and completed the job in no time. Thanks Frank.

Darius , was very helpful in getting me my service call done today. Your automate system is the worse that I have ever encounter. The system doesn't allow for custom to speak to a person. Please get a better system in place. I can close today to cancel my contract with sears Home services.
