Obnoxious 9 hour window
Ryan...the tech was excellent, thorough and forthright... However...the 9nhour window was rude. I had to take a day off from work to have my appliance servixed.. I than called and also chatted with A rep and they were supposed to

DISAPPOINTED!!!!
After dealing with Sears for many decades, I will not knowingly buy another product from Sears or any of their associates. I found Vincent to be very quiet and not letting us know what he was doing or when he was leaving. He had to work in a limited space (washer in den), but he left the floor a mess and did not remove the large boxes (4 lg and 1 ok size) the parts came in. Did not tell us he could or would not remove empty boxes. He just left after I gave him a tip. Very, very disappointed in the way this organization is working! HINT: IT'S NOT WORKING!!!!

That technician was not supposed to be allowed in my house
Imagine my surprise when I saw Jermaine listed as my technician when specifically on my account he is not to ever be assigned to my home but I got the call from Matt who is lovely by the way I at least felt comfortable that Jermaine would be in my home with someone else there otherwise if it was Jermaine by himself, I would not let him in as I was left feeling so uncomfortable. The last time he was in my home he was rude nasty, yelling at me did not want to work was leaving my refrigerator apart derogatory to woman and still upon seeing me again he never apologized, please note my file for Jermaine not to be allowed in my home. I do not feel safe.

Mixed Review
Matt provided excellent service (5 stars) that finally resulted in a working refrigerator after five weeks of unnecessary back and forth. The overall experience was absolutely painful with no ability to get any answers from anyone at the 800 number. Too many mistakes made during the process. Will not use service again and would certainly not recommend to anyone.

Terrible
The technician did nothing! I asked him how did he actually diagnose the problem? His answer was I pressed a button! Our pause button on the washer did not pause the washer!Sears was told this over the phone.! The technician actually did nothing ! I asked how did he evacuate the problem? He again said I pressed the button!

0 stars - Not happy - waste of time and money
0 Stars - Not happy at all with the service. Technician barely look under machine, determined the problem - suspension rod broken - looked up a part on his phone and told my wife that it was not possible to fix it because there were no parts for it. As soon as he left, my wife went online and bought the suspension rods - on the same site apparently. So thanks for wasting my time and money with this technician. NEVER AGAIN! Maybe I should get a job with you guys and pay me to drive around and take advantage of homeowners… just unbelievable.

GE MonoGram Refrigerator
My refrigerator side was overcooling and everything inside was frozen below 0 deg F. So we called Sears. Technician made 4 trip with two weeks apart order and replace Temperature sensor and damper. Within couple of hours temperature on both sides reached above 70degF. Now my fridge is warmer then outside. We called Sears right away instead they reschedule for following week. Today the technician cancelled the appt without telling us why and pushed my appointment for 2 more weeks. I have no fridge to use. Shouldnt they fix it ASAP when the technician broke it. Now I cant use either side. I am living out of Icebox.
