Jim is very knowledgeable. He checked all aspects of my HVAC system. I was concerned about some attic ductwork that looked "crimped". He said it was OK. I only wish SEARS scheduling times were less broad than the lengthy 8am-4pm window. Thanks.

Jim did all the diagnostic checking and confirmed all in working order. I expressed some concern with some restrictive/collapsed duct work due to very tight support straps. Jim said all in working order. Appreciate his efforts

Vincent was great. The overall experience with Sears was quite poor. We had to wait 2 weeks for our fridge to be fixed due to the wrong part being sent. Instead of rushing us ahead, as I was told we would be due to the emergency level of a broken refrigerator, we were ignored and left without a fridge for 2 weeks. Very upsetting, as you can imagine.
