Matthew did a professional job repairing our range. The scheduling process however is lacking. Days and hours waisted not knowing when the repair will occur is terrible. Its like the cable guy episode on Seinfield.

The technician was great. But the communication with Sears Home Services SUCKS. Was unable to speak to a human being after making initial appt. Initial appt which had a window of 8 am - 5 pm, did not happen. Got resheduled notice at about 7 pm. Horrible!!!
