Oven not heating
The repair person did not look for the problem but came with a part. I know if that part had not worked; he would had charge again. The price is too high to repair it's better to get a new stove. A very unsatisfied customer.

refrigerator freezer drawer repair
It took technitian several hours to fi simple problem that did not require any part.>Although the drawer was put back the refrigerator now has stopped working altogether.I need someone to reach out to me STAT

Unhelpful
Was told the off balance code was caused by my doing too small a load of wash. Always did the same size without trouble before this problem started. Paid for new part and still have the same issue. Very distressing and disappointing.

Did not resolve the problem
I spoke with the technician prior to his arrival at my house. Without even physically looking at my washing machine he told me there was very little he could do, and explained how expensive it would be to repair if repairs were needed. He even went as far as to suggest me cancelling him coming to service the machine to save me money. He came and visually inspected the machine and said I was loading the machine incorrectly. I explained to him that the machine had worked fine for nearly 2 years and all of a sudden I'm loading the machine wrong. I'll never utilize Sears home services and it's no wonder Sears is a dying company with employees like this.

Unreliable and liar
Carlos was extremely unreliable and a liar. He stated that he came to the residence and no one was there. He never showed or called. He is no knowledgeable about his job and guesses at the diagnosis. Sears should reconsider the "technicians" they hire. Carlos is a HACK and should be fired.

Washing Machine Cover Repair
Mr Omar was nice but he broke the cover of my washer cover. The cover of the washer was cracked, hence the need for his service, but I was able to use the washer now. When Mr Omar left, the washer cover could not close and was broken and tilted to the side. I send information about my washer before Mr Omar arrived and I was told they would check on the part before someone arrived. Mr Omar didn't do anything to help but caused me more problems. I want a refund.

Full refund demanded for diagnosis and "repair".
No services were provided. Appointments were rescheduled. The washer bearings needed to be replaced. After parts were received and the appointment for my washer repair came, Omar informed me that he couldn't perform the repair because I now needed an entirely new drum assembly and my washer was obsolete, so the part is no longer available. All of this should have been determined three weeks ago at the initial diagnostic visit. If you charge me for that visit, you have a lot of nerve. Omar was very professional and polite, but not completely knowledgeable regarding this appliance.
