tech applied too many issues to what was suppose to have been for one issue after review. Also I have to return parts already purchased for installation, creating an extension of extra time my refrigerator component to be out of use.

My repair experience
Dexter is well spoken he spoke right around my refrigerator problem and why it's not working. I still don't know what wrong with my refrigerator. He suggested that I unplug my refrigerator for 24hours then plug it back in and see what happens. Nice guy but I hope I never see him again.

Horrendous customer service service
We were told that the machine needed parts. An appointment was made. It was canceled and rescheduled twice, on your end, for no reason. The parts have been here. Today another technician arrived. He caught an attitude. He claimed the machine was fine and he refused to take it apart. It's obvious that these technicians do not communicate with each other and are not knowledgeable. Both him and his partner were extremely condescending, obnoxious and combative. It was the previous technician who was here last time that claimed the machine needed new parts. So he should take his frustration and anger out on his co worker, not me. He then felt the need to give me a lecture on how to use a machine that I've owned and used for years. My husband is not well and that is the only reas I didn't give him a piece of my mind. If this survey would allow me I would give him Zero stars. This is not customer service, let alone good customer service. Hostile, argumentative, condescending. I will be filing a formal complaint. I paid for this contract, for the machine to be service. It's not like it was free and you are doing me the favor. You need to train your employees. Not just on how to maintain the machines but how to conduct themselves with your clients. You don't even have the correct spelling of my name.

ZERO RATING!
Your technician refused to service the a/c once again. This is the fourth appointment I have scheduled. I have had it! As he did the first time, keeps talking about the serial # When Loretta scheduled this fourth appointment, she assured me you guys had all the information. I'm not sure why your technician REFUSES to service my a/c. On my email I stated what a waste of my time and money it has been to schedule 4 APPOINTMENTS AND NOT GET ANY SERVICE. I expect a call IMMEDIATELY! And please find out why your te inician refuses to service my a/c!

Technician
The minute Julian walked in my apt after i waited almost a month he was complaining that there's no room for him to check the bottom of my washer he said there's no running water I recorded in front of him and he wanted me to see something that doesn't exist he said am putting everything back cause there's nothing wrong then he said stop giving you money and buy a new one when I told him but they said if they don't find the parts I could get a replacement he said that's not gonna happen now I gotta take all these 3 parts back to where it came from when I told him to hold on am gonna call Sears that I don't have a problem going to court cause I live in the courts he started to rush more and when I started to look for his information I notice he sign for me I didn't know I had to sign or didn't remember I want staff to know that I never in the years working with you had been threw something like this and even sign my name illegally therefore I will think twice before I recommend my friends relatives or neighbors to Sears especially when he told replacements will not happen after so many years please don't send me Julian on Wednesday cause I won't let him in and please fix my problem asap I waited almost a month am being admitted in the hospital the 19 for 2 cervical surgeries because am loosing my mobility thankyou!

incompetence combined with rudeness
We have been without a working refrigerator for about 4 weeks. The same repair man showed up and each time failed to fix it. the first time he had the specs for the wrong refrigerator and told us that GE no longer made the master board for that refrigerator. He ordered another part for another refrigerator, which never showed up. I called GE parts and found that it did in fact make the board, had a warehouse full of them and offered to send me one. I told Sears and it ordered the part. However, that was not the part that had failed. He has replaced the board four times now and insists it has to be replaced again. He has no idea which parts need to be replaced. Sears in Illinois sent four parts that it said I needed and that it would be on his truck when he came for the next service. The parts were not on the truck and he had no interest trying to locate them. He also insisted that the normal operating temperature for the refrigerator was 41 degrees even though the manual I showed him said it was supposed to be 37 degrees. He just kept reading the specs on some other model, not my model. I just gave up and cancelled my warranty contracts with sears and bought another refrigerator. He convinced me that Sears is not a reliable repair service and I cancelled all warrant/service contracts, mainly because I did not want him in the house again.

incompetent
He has been here about 4 times and has not been able to fix anything. He has replaced the electronic master board three times and claims that it needs to be replaced again. The Sears office in Illinois sent us four items that were supposed to be replaced. We have the order in writing but he refuses to even look at it. They were supposedly placed on his truck to bring with him but he can't find them and refuses to look for them or ask opr inquire about them. He wants to order another board for another week of delay. It has been four weeks since the refrigerator has worked and he just keeps coming back again and again and getting nothing done. He does not know what he is doing. And he is rude when we question him especially about the missing parts. He has convinced us by his actions to cancel our service warranty with Sears and just buy another refrigerator.
