Worst Service Ever!!!

This technician came to my home 3 times to fix the light in the freezer, after 5 attempts I now have NO lights on the freezer or refrigerator side. Mr. Dexter kept saying wait 48 hours and the light will be on, well it's been over a month since I initiated the service call and 5 attempts. No thank you, onward to a real professional!

Rude and disrespectful

He came to my house sat in the car. I have recording of the whole thing. He told me he was sending me the link.I asked him that I thought I paid.He said he's not going back and forth with me. I said I will make the payment. He said he gets paid to come here.So, it doesn't matter if he came in or not. He said he's gonna tell the company that I denied the service and got back in his car and pulled off. I can provide the footage if you needed

Scam, Taking Advantage of Consumers

My washer needed a new belt drive that only costs $9.66 on the GE website for original parts. The diagnostic assessment was to charge me $532.60 just to change a belt drive. DECLINED SEARS SERVICE ESTIMATE #12850296 9/24/25. The repairman was charging $58.23 for a belt drive that costs $9.66 BELT DRIVE WH01X2753 on the GE washer website. And the repairman said "I would change the clutch if I am changing the belt drive. Charging $71.00 for a clutch when a new clutch on the GE washer website is only $20.13 WASHING MACHINE CLUTCH WH05X24185 there was no evidence that I needed a new clutch. The belt drive I did see was broken. I am very disappointed and upset I ever considered using Sears Home Services. Now I just paid a diagnostic for $107.79 for nothing. It only takes a moment to replace a belt drive, $532.60 is just robbing consumers. I will file a complaint with a consumer protection agency. I will never buy anything Sears or use their Sears Home Services ever again.

This Tech NAZIM is very nasty, rude, and disrespectful. He does not know what he is doing, and he boasts that Sears has no more tech than he him . He told me one thing, and he sent a different diagnosis to the warrant company. He did not come to my house today for the appointment . My Rating for this Tech is 0000.

We were charged almost $400 to have our washer fixed and the problem still exists. This is so unethical and wrong, no one to escalate to!

This technician is very rude and unprofessional no communication with his customer. He called me to let me know that he is on his way to my house and then and the minute he got off the phone after confirming that he is on his way. I received a text message from Sears saying that my service appointment is canceled. I never received an update from the technician that if or why my service appointment was canceled.
