It was a rush job, under pressure. Water dispenser did not work after he left. Today, 9/5/2024, water dispenser does not work. Ice dispenser, no ice. No accomplishment. Sears was contacted and informed. Please send a technician that is available and las the tools to permanently and accurately do the job. Thank you.

Except for the labor charges, my experience was a good one. Have not used the dishwasher since it was repaired today, so no opinion on that yet.

Technician asked if I had a vacuum cleaner……he needed it to clean out dryer.If I didn't have one was he gonna use his mouth. Ha Ha Ha. UNPREPARED!

He calls at 9am saying hes 30 minutes away. He arrives at 3pm. The when he comes hes in a rush to leave because he doesnt want to wait 3 minutes so tenants can open door. Hes very rude.
