Was disappointed that the technician Carlos just made an assessment of what service I needed. All the while I thought my water heater was going to be replaced. So I have to wait more days for the replacement, while I have no hot care for 3 days since I reported to Sears my problem.

According to call us pressure of the refrigerant or suggested so that Info of Air was reading around 45°. It was checked in several rooms and the vents were recording between 41 and 45°. However the thermostat was set at 68 or 76°, technician apparently was satisfied with the readings of incoming airflow so he still did not decide to check the air exchanger in the attic I decided to replace the batteries in the thermostat in case that may have been the problem but inside temp has still not drought from 76°

Jose was very professional and thorough. He replaced the necessary parts and cleaned up after himself. Now this is for upper management: I called Sears Home Services on June 14th stating that gas cloths dryer was not working correctly. I was told that the earliest appointment was for July 11th. I had to wait 27 days , 27 days to have the gas cloths dryer repaired . That's unacceptable!!!!
