Julian was obviously an experienced technician . Sadly my old washing machine ( 1980's) at the time , and for all these years was a real work horse, the way they used to make solid household items , but sadly now beyond repair . He was candid with me and told me the old transmission was shot , with no hope of replacement . I appreciated his knowledge .
