Paul was great- effective, efficient, pleasant. It would be very useful if the time frame for an appointment could be narrowed down, even a little-- 8am to 5pm means you must plan to lose an entire day, and no idea if the tech will arrive at 8:01am or 4:45pm. Even if it were 8-12/1-5 slots that would help.
