His genuinely and willingness to help and support client went above and beyond! While many frustrating situation arose as we were trying to obtain an authorization letter from zlG, he remained extremely calm and highly professional with us and numerous parties on line.

Dexter was great. He called before showing up and explained safety procedures and protocols. He then wore PPE and booties so he didn't track in any dirt. He went over everything he was checking and doing. He gave advice for maintaining the appliance and how to help keep issues from happening. Great Service!
