Our tech Paul has returned three times: first he diagnosed the problem with our motor and cleared debris from the parts that spray water. He returned when the replacement part arrived, but it was damaged and rusted (and did not work). Today he came for the third and final time to install yet another new motor and the machine is back to fully working condition. Paul is an amazing professional, patient, clean and willing to explain proper maintenance and what he was repairing. I wish all of our Sears experiences were that good. We have many appliances under warranty and are impressed with the excellent customer service. Thank you
