Quick, professional, courteous service
While replacing the oven igniter, Parmanand explained why it's essential and how it can fail. He allowed me a minute to clean the space beneath the oven floor, too. The work was done in no time and he demonstrated that everything is now working well.

I dealt with 5 technicians and Nazim was head and shoulders above each of them. I truly believe some of the technicians technical skills are inadequate . Furthermore, we the clients are left to suffer because of the lack of transparency. AI has become a blocker and providers a barrier for some of your inadequate technicians to hide behind. This issue spanned nearly five months . Mr Nazim is a credit to your workforce .
