I bought this refrigerator about 13 years and after 7 years it started to as problem. This refrigerator over the 7 years was worked on about 300 times., last year alone it was work on about 80 times and was written off by one of sears workmen as unrepairable and sears decided to replace it and then they said no, they send a independent contractor 25 consecutive times and they know the the refrigerator is unrepairable. Again the refrigerator stopped cooling ice maker not working completely stopped working again and they tried again to fixed a unrepairable refrigerator so after three visits Sears again was told the refrigerator is unrepairable and I am still fighting with Sears's even although I have a master protection warranty with them for replacement and reimbursement they tried to break all the rules. Will be taking action if this is not resolved soon I an sick and tired of the disrespect.
