Mr. Parmanand arrived promptly and set to work immediately. He let me know when the work was completed. He was friendly and discussed with me the reasons why my GE dishwasher has failed repeatedly. According to him, failure of the control panel and control board is a general problem with GE dishwashers. I don't know if this is accurate but I have certainly had to replace those parts all too often!! Is GE aware of this problem and doing something about it?

Carlos is the best. When several other technicians said we had to replace our central AC unit, Carlos took the time and found a bad wire which he fixed and AC works perfectly. When he comes for preventative service on the heat he takes his time and actually explains things. I have 100% confidence in him

My appointment was for 8-12. At around 10 am I got a call that he'd be there by 1. Close to 1 , I got a call that he'd be there by 2. He showed up at 1:45. That's one hour and 45 minutes after the extreme point of when I was scheduled and that's unacceptable.
