I was ever happy to be given a next day appointment. Desmond was courteous and quickly assessed what need to be done, provided the cost and completed the work quickly.

Luis arrived within the time window. He was able to assess the problem almost immediately and to advise me in what to do to "fix" the problem. He also showed me the evidence of the condition I created inadvertently. Fortunately the only charge was the assessment visit. The matter can be addressed by changing conditions that caused the problem.
