Mr Julian is a very experienced Technician. He is knowledgeable about his work. Very professional and polite. A couple of other Technicians came before him and were not able to spot the problem with my washer and dryer. As soon as Mr Julian came he found the problems and fixed them. Going forward I would like to request Mr Julian to fix all my appliances. Thank you.
