Arthur arrived at 1PM today and examined the A/C unit. He took the temperature of the air at the vent and it showed a temp of 56 degrees - F. He indicated that the coils did need further cleaning which required equipment he did not have but that it was not an urgent matter. All in all, he was very professional.
