William came and replaced the needed part on my stove and the oven now works like it should. He also replaced the needed part on my fridge however the ice maker still is not working as it should.

I was satisfied with the service repair man. He worked long and hard to find the problem only to come up with the part is no longer made so it’s not repairable. I guess I’m in the market for a new refrigerator.

Tyler and Todd were amazing. Todd turned my opinion of this service from a bad experience to a good experience. The first tech Tyler was good and knew right away what was wrong and got the part ordered and the next appointment scheduled. Second tech , Jason was late, didn't introduce himself, was not real friendly. He installed the part and didn't put the dryer back together correctly. On top of other things, Jason told me the new noise was ok , just use it until you buy a new one, it's not worth fixing with that noise. Plus Jason thought he left his phone in the dryer when he put it back together and left tools on my floor when he left. Called CS and got a new tech to come out. Todd was on time, put shoe coverings on, introduced himself and was super nice. As soon as he heard the new noise, Todd knew what it was. It was fixed in 10 minutes. Would I use this service again, maybe and hope that the tech is either Tyler or Todd.

My husband had to help the repairman do his job cuz he wasn't strong enough to do it himself and he didn't have the right tools very disappointed
