Pro- On time for appointment Con - Truly impressive the mark up. I wasn’t expecting it to be cheap but the estimate was significantly higher than I could have imagined. The tech even recommended it wasn’t worth it since the simple latch repair would cost equal/more than a new dishwasher. Parts were $120 for a $40 part off Amazon and the labor was over $350 for what the tech said would take 20 mins. Tech was here for 5 mins to take one picture of the model and serial # and type in all the exact info I had provided in the appointment confirmation prior (to make sure they had the part when they arrived/ which they didn’t). $140 for a 5 minute appointment is an impressive business model.

Never showed up, never called! Wrong address in the system and did not verify when placing the part. Been going through a nightmare trying to get the part delivered, now waiting to have a tech come and appointments continue to get canceled

First off I scheduled a repair for a certain time from of 8-12. Nobody showed up for the scheduled time. When I contacted them they said that he will be there at some point today. Terrible customer service as I had to have someone at my house during that time they missed out on work for 4 hours. Then 10 minutes later someone called and cancelled my repair saying the guy no longer worked there. So in matter of 10 minutes he is done all of a sudden doesn’t work for company any more. It gets worse, after this they can’t get me anyone for 6 days. 6 more days on top of 2 it took to get this appointment with no fridge. Then they want me to say that I am the one cancelling the appointment when it was them cancelling. Absolutely terrible customer service will never have them scheduled again. Be warned!

Lied on the repair cost. They said 119.00 for all. LIES. Try triple that. Train your reps better bc it's false info. We would have never made the appointment if we could have bought new vs repairing. He was great but the customer service agent.. needs to learn the job better. Total Scam

My retired father was treated so poorly by this program that at first I thought he was scammed. Not only was he charged $300 for a part he never received and found for $15, but Sears refuses to answer our request to cancel this service. I sent a message to the Facebook chat like the response said to and still no response from anyone at the company and my fathers charges are still not reversed.

Absolute scam. I NEVER leave bad reviews - but I want to warn people not to book a repair with this company. They took our money, NEVER showed up after THREE rescheduled appointments and caused us 3 weeks of missed work days, stress and having to pay for laundry services because they would confirm appointments and then not show up. We would reschedule…. And the entire process would repeat again. I called so many times trying to figure out why no one would show up to confirmed appointments - they never had an answer for me. Sometimes they said they “didn’t have a technician”, but if that was the case, the appointment never should have been confirmed. The worst part is that they gave us FOUR HOUR WINDOWS where the technician “could” show up. We missed work twice and I missed a family event to sit at home for four hours for technicians to never show. Now they’re saying they can’t confirm they will refund us the money we ALREADY PAID…. Even though they never fixed anything, we never received any new parts and no one ever showed up after the initial 10 minute appointment where the man ordered a part and told us he’d come back to put it in. I have to believe these other reviews are fake or paid for….. this is an absolute scam. Avoid at all costs. I cannot express enough how much we tried to have a simple repair completed and how many times I called customer service just for them to take our money and not show up.
