John was good, he knew what he was doing, and he answered my questions about my washer and dryer. The only issue was the payment process. My shop your way MC kept being Declined, after several attempts. I didn't understand, because I've used it every time I had my machines serviced, and my account is up to date.,to amount due was only $214.08, and I had more than enough on my card to pay for it. John didn't understand it either. So I had to use another card. When I called to find out why, I was told that there was no charge or purchase made. For 5/23/2025.

We had a Craftsman riding mower that wouldn't start, and none of my DIY solutions worked. We were able to get a same-week appoint with Sears Home Services. Frank, the service rep, was able to immediately diagnose the problem, and had the necessary parts on hand to make the repair. We were up and running again within half an hour of his arrival, at what I thought was a reasonable price.
