John was good, he knew what he was doing, and he answered my questions about my washer and dryer. The only issue was the payment process. My shop your way MC kept being Declined, after several attempts. I didn't understand, because I've used it every time I had my machines serviced, and my account is up to date.,to amount due was only $214.08, and I had more than enough on my card to pay for it. John didn't understand it either. So I had to use another card. When I called to find out why, I was told that there was no charge or purchase made. For 5/23/2025.
