Had a confirmed appointment. Received email for estimated arrival time. No tech arrived. Then received email with estimate of repairs to be completed which were allegedly declined and signed for. Signature was an”X”. Still no tech arrived to look at repair. Contacted Sears Appliance Repair and was given the run around. Told me the repair was never assigned to a tech. When I informed rep that repair was assigned to Christopher and that he sent me emails she mysteriously said oh yeah. You are scheduled for today between 8am to 5pm and I will receive text with updates. It’s now 9 pm and all I hear are the crickets.

Terrible service no one showed up when they were supposed to and yet they wrote in their notes they came to my house. No live person to speak to when you call. Overall terrible company and service provider lied about servicing my dishwasher
