DO NOT USE THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY, THEY DON'T EXIST, IT IS A SCAM!!! We are currently seeking a small claims attorney. I CAN NOT even give this company a 1 star, but Please read this before you use their services. Because this is a persons worst nightmare. They ARE a scam! We ordered the part, ($150 services, plus 400 for part)(way over charged, I just bought the part direct from Kitchen Aid for $140) their part came in broken (the box looked like it had been used repeatedly, many labels on it, because they are pulling this same scam repeatedly, shipping you a broken part and leaving it with you and then never following through.)(they claim they order a new part, but they don't, they only create a label, so you think there is a part coming but no part is actually ordered. Now they have your money, and you have the broken part) a second technician came by to pick up the broken part and month later, but we still had no return label or order by email telling us that a return was in process. When he arrived he said that the issue was a NEW system, we asked him for his bosses name, he said James, but didn't know his bosses last name. He said he could show us proof of a return but what he should us was a label, not a return. The guy had no info, for everything there was an excuse and he didn't even no his bosses name. NO one ever called us, never updated us on where our new part was. We had to reach out to the company and guess what, the company doesn't exist (not in the U.S...Sears and this company A%E Factory Services. You will NEVER get a hold of anyone state side. All your calls will be taken by someone in the Philippines. They send you on a wild goose chase and nothing is ever resolved. They never contact you, never send your money back, never do a return. Left on hold and never gotten back too. We drove up to the location where they say there is a store and the STORE DOES NOT EXIST!!! It is NOT even there. Veils Gate location in NY is a lie. This is a total SCAM, they send a broken part, charge you for a service fee, and the over charged part and no service is done, the part came in with no wrapping, just thrown into a box that had several labels already on it, the box has been used repeatedly, they then say they reordered the part, but only a label is created and NO part was ordered. It is a run around, you will never be able to get ahold of anyone local, it is all done in the Philippines. I have lots of photos, and even videos. The whole thing I have gotten on video. The guy didn't even know his bosses name and we have no new part, no return, and no money back and it has been over 2 months. I am telling you this is a SCAM!! They have done this repeatedly. And we are taking our evidence against these people and our video recordings and we are pursuing legal counsel. Photos attached, videos include guys face and name, which will be given to lawyer. You can see the damaged box and the many labels, and no wrapping on the part.

12/14/23 paid $371 to diagnose and fix my washer. 2 weeks later same problem washer not working. Recall appointment was told parts not available and unrepairable. Request refund. As of today 2/2/24 after many emails and phone calls. I have not received refund. Still waiting for $188 which no response to call or emails. Don't use the company
