We had a Craftsman riding mower that wouldn't start, and none of my DIY solutions worked. We were able to get a same-week appoint with Sears Home Services. Frank, the service rep, was able to immediately diagnose the problem, and had the necessary parts on hand to make the repair. We were up and running again within half an hour of his arrival, at what I thought was a reasonable price.

Tech was on tme , on point. Respectful, professional, knowledgeable. Who could ask for more. Just wish could've had repair done sooner 4 months is too long to take care of a repair
