Robert was great. However trying to reschedule the washer appointment when one had been scheduled, then rescheduled by SEARS (only not to show up at all after I ran home from being out running errands) , and being canceled and rescheduled yet again ! —then and having problems with PARTS for dryer— the whole experience was a nightmare. (Though in fairness, because the part could not be obtained for my dryer, I was bought out of it.) It left me without my washer and dryer for four weeks. I had to go to the laundromat four different times and spend needless money which was not reimbursed on my warranty.

Your technician was excellent and explained everything perfectly but I feel that the 8-5 appts should have 4 hr windows so the whole day isn't taken away.
