Your technician was excellent and explained everything perfectly but I feel that the 8-5 appts should have 4 hr windows so the whole day isn't taken away.

The technician didn't have the part needed in his truck during the diagnosis of my appliance. So i had to wait for my appliance to be fixed. I was told the part was lost the first week after the diagnostic visit. So I had to wait another week. Now after the work is finished my refrigerator is still not cooling. I'm now feeling like I've been hustled out of $340. As the photo shows my refrigerator is still reading 80 degrees.

service was delayed because a part still needed to come, all the parts were here a week after I ordered service and I had to wait a month for repair because of a part that I already had. when I tried to call to tell that i had the part I was unable to get someone to tell them. Every phone number I called I got the same recording that they are waiting for a part. couldn't tell them that I already had it. frustrating

Gave them 3 stars because my husband actually had to diagnosed the problem. Nobody could figure it, out but once we did they fixed it appropriately.
