Vincent did everything except fix the damn refrigerator. This is his second time with the same results.

12/14/23 paid $371 to diagnose and fix my washer. 2 weeks later same problem washer not working. Recall appointment was told parts not available and unrepairable. Request refund. As of today 2/2/24 after many emails and phone calls. I have not received refund. Still waiting for $188 which no response to call or emails. Don't use the company
