If there was ever the greatest technician out there, It would be this technician named David. He came over the house he knew the problem and he got the right parts and then after he had a dismantled he cleaned it and he cleaned out the carburetor, cleared out all the old gas, put air in a tires ,put new oil in, checked all the belts put new gas in and then put the new parts on. It was well worth the money and he came to the house It was beautiful He did it in my driveway He never gets cold this guy. David is a miracle worker and he has so many years of experience under his belt. Also he was very friendly and very personable A guy you could talk to all day. I would rate the Sears service of 5 out of five, five stars indeed, incredible service ,a great technician and now my snow blower works like new. Sears should give him a raise because this guy is very good at what he does. I couldn't say thank you enough and my back thanks him too. Perfect service Thank you guys.

Edward was very professional. He told us step to step what he was going to do . He never gave up fixing the refrigerator that is 24 years old. We now have water and ice!! Very caring and friendly. We were very happy to have Edward here to fix it. I would recommend Edward to anyone.
