Edward was very professional. He told us step to step what he was going to do . He never gave up fixing the refrigerator that is 24 years old. We now have water and ice!! Very caring and friendly. We were very happy to have Edward here to fix it. I would recommend Edward to anyone.

I am writing this review to let you know that Ed sears technician went far and beyond his expertise on fixing my refrigerator gaskets around the doors. He didn't give up on ordering the gaskets for the doors every time we ordered them they would come in wrong. It took five different times for him to order the gaskets and get the right ones. He took pictures. He took measurements. He did everything possible for me to get the gaskets . Finally the last try we got the right gasket and he installed it a wonderful technician and gentlemen, you have a winner with Edward!
