Thomas arrived on time. Upon arrival he checked out my Kenmore washer and gave me not only an estimate but the wonderful news that the part needed was on his van. Thomas then proceeded to open up the washer and replace the troublesome part. No water got on the floor. All was done perfectly. Thank you Thomas.

I have a problem with my dryer.it works sometimes and don't other times.i kept calling for a month.They kept telling me they were going over it . I should known something.call again and they finally said they had to come back out again.but the machine has to be totally broken before they replace it.
