I was very satisfied with David's work service assignment trouble shooting my BBQ Grill. The cost was fair and reasonable.He was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain the issues I have He gave me made suggestions and recommendations on how to continue maintaining my grill. David has patience and excellent people skills. I would like for him to respond to any future troubleshooting assignment should I call on Sears again.
