Service was great as I requested service less than 12 hours ago and first thing this morning Jim was here. Did his trouble shooting and luckily he had a replacement part on his truck and my oven is fixed. Can not ask for better service,

Jim along with William keep working on the issue with my wall oven. Two services techs were needed to remove the wall oven. Their Persistences paid off. They continued working on it till it was right. Can not ask for anything more from a service techs. Thanks for job well done

Was relived when Jim showed up. Went right to work and did everything possible to get our refrigerator working correctly. Jim did what he was supposed to with respect and a great work ethic. That is more than the people who schedule as all they can say is I understand or I am sorry but all I can do is reschedule. And the AI Samantha; what a joke. Ask to talk to a live person and all she say is there is no one here. And she cannot give you a phone number to talk to a live person. There is got to be a.person that can make a decision to take care of one's issues, not an AI to shield management. Jim was great scheduling him to come was a nightmare in an never ending loop of AI.
