Tom has been my service tech for years. He is great, always prompt and knows what the solution is . Sears on a whole, however, is terrible, I have a master agreement, they cant find the parts. 2 weeks ago I waited all day until 5 and they called , and no one showed . I was supposed to receive a phone call regarding a replacement, they never called and they sent Tom to my home, to take my master computer board, to be repaired . I never agreed to this and I would be left with out a machine, for who knows how long . I sent Tom home because I'm supposed to get a new one .it was not his fault, Sears has take. A real turn for the worst, thank goodness their techs are still up to excellent service.

The service I received from my service provider Bart was exceptional. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, courteous, well spoken and dressed neatly. He explained exactly what he was doing and cleaned up after completing his work. Now, my range is working well, and I can now enjoy the upcoming holidays.
