Excellent service
Thomas diagnosed our issues with the dryer with professionalism. He explained clearly what needed to be done. We declined further repair because it would be easier to buy a new dryer.

Rui was very pleasant and efficient What I had a problem with is that I was scheduled the day before and they let me know at 8:45 that they were rescheduling and then today they scheduled someone who does wash machines not refrigerators even though my work order said refrigerator and the person and the times kept changing . 3 different people and 3 times and they said Rui was coming at 8:58pm when he showed up at 2 pm. Your scheduling people are terrible
