Tom is very sweet, knowledgeable, and efficient. We had an issue with our dryer, which he diagnosed quickly. Additionally, he offered some preventative care maintenance. We opted to repair the dryer, which was done efficiently and quickly. Thank you again Tom!

Steven is a great technician with a lot of experience. While the repair was more than what he expected he tackled the repair with total professionalism. I can not say that about the customer service in getting the parts necessary to repair our oven. Parts were ordered in early December and was suppose to be Installed on December 22 2023. So my family was without an oven since the begining of December through the holiday season until today, February 6, 2024. Very disappointing!
