refrigerator repair under protection plan
Eddy is a great tech to come and repair my fridge ! Unfortunately it took over 2 months to fix my fridge. Whenever I called, It kept saying either that the part did not come in or the computer was doing an upgrade but in actuality the parts were never ordered. I did not have a working refrigerator for almost 11 weeks. I did not have a tech come to my house the next day to repair my fridge when my parts were delivered to me and I have to wait for another 7 to 9 days to have someone to come and fix it. Isn't it ridiculous?
