David did a wonderful job of servicing our 15 yr plus treadmill. He was familiar with all the workings of the machine and brought it back to life. Also gave us a few pointers on some of the workings of the machine.

The technician is experience and professional in the performance of his duty. However, sears home services didn't show empathy and compassion about the severity of the inconvenience that I suffered.

Felix did a great job on the dryer because the part ( timer ) was delivered! Unable to do anything with the washer because the parts ( gearcase and drive motor ) have not been delivered to me! Ordered back on November 21, 2024. Still waiting for delivery. Could not tell me when they would be delivered
