Seemed to be knowledgeable. Appliance is currently running on both appliances. Communication was great with him. Sears has other issues that need to be resolved. Example: Sears is on the FRAUD list for every credit card company. I have to put both Sears and the credit card company on the phone at the same time before I can make an appointment otherwise the appointment won't go through and I get numerous pending charges on my credit cards every time your customer service tries to make an appointment for me for an appliance repair. THIS NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED! It's so frustrating and unacceptable. There were 5 $100 transactions on my card that was there for 5 days because of this problem. Also, my refrigerator issue was due to the previous service tech in May didn't put the refrigerator back together correctly (pipe was hitting the back cover and vibrating) during the initial compressor repair but you still made me pay for the $100 service charge because it was after the 30 days. Where is the company's responsibility to honor good workmanship? It makes me want to cancel the maintenance agreement with Sears and go with another company. I've been a Sears customer for 45 years and it sucks that the service has come to this. Who drove your company to the ground. Shameful.
