Do not call these people. I paid for my repair a month ago and still have not received service. You wait on hold forever for them to answer the phone and they just give you the run around over and over. They have canceled and rescheduled my appointment 5 times! I paid in full up front. If I hadn't I would have gone elsewhere by now. The customer service people just keep telling you you are all set for appointment and then they cancel again. It is the most awful experience I have ever had. They used to be great. I don't know who owns the company but it is now based in India. They tell you there is no corporate office you can contact. I have no idea how they have any positive reviews at all.

Called, got automatically routed to a different company for repairs (a 1 star company) that won't give quotes over the phone even though they knew the problem, cost of the part & labor. $150 just to come out and try to charge more for a valve replacement than the price of a new appliance. Tech was nice, but don't waste your time or money here.

Sears techs never show up. Three previously scheduled appointments no show, todays visit I had a feeling he wasn’t going to show after he was 2 hours late so I canceled. Sure enough he calls me an hour later to say he couldn’t make it. After reading all the other bad reviews - it’s just Sears in general. Can’t wait till they go out of business. Wish I could give them a zero!
