Tadd was awesome! Quick, efficient, friendly and was able to diagnose our problem immediately and fix it on the spot. A++. Everything was still covered under our protection agreement, so no out of pocket cost. (Received an invoice of what it would have cost.. that's what I based the "cost" on.)
