Pedro is the only technician we have been dealing with He is very educated & professional He knew exactly what was the issues were with our washer/dryer stackable combo & great at explaining everything to us He ordered all the correct parts & installed them with no issues Today he was training someone & I believe the new employee will do just as good in this line of work They ran a full load in my washer after putting in the new parts to make sure it was running correctly though the parts for the mother board & latches were alot of money to replace in a 5 year old GE washer we were happy with our service with Pedro all 3xs he has been here

The gentleman was friendly and respectful towards the customer. Although repairing the fridge seemed quite expensive, I have a smaller fridge that I will be using instead. However, I paid $160 and the charges for the diagnosis.
