Tech was super friendly and easy to talk to about my washers problems. He not only walked me threw, what was wrong but gave me guidance on how to avoid the issues in the future. Very informative and helpful. And he did it all with a smile even tho ik his day was booked and had already worked really hard on the previous houses. Thank you for being kind. Would totally recommend him to anyone.

Pedro was a very knowledgeable of my bosch dryer. He tested all the mechanics of dryer to determine why it was not working properly. His working knowledge enabled him to resolve the issue.
