Phillip our tech was great, although he wasnt able to fix our brand new freezer, which we purchased fron Home Depot, because it was defective, he contacted Frigadaire and told them of all the problems. Now the bad- Home Depot said they will not replace or refund the freezer, they said its Frigadaire’s responsibility, so Never purchase a appliances from Home Depot, thier customer service is terrible! secondly, we have to wait another week to hear back from frigadaire to see if they will replace our new defective freezer. So it will definitely be the last time buying a frigadaire product. So bottom line is avoid Home Depot and Frigadaire.
