Dylan was a very professional and excellent repair person to deal with. He explained everything to me and showed me what the problem. He even explained that warranty policy offered by Sears, but I have everything covered for now and may consider in the future. I am just thrilled that the problem with the refrigerator was rectified. I was a wreck over the darn issue. I just could not believe that I was able to get the appointment on the same day after I looked up repair vendors I could get. I will not hesitate to call if I ever need their services again. Sears should be very pleased to have Dylan on their team.
