Lied to my face. I had a broken fridge for months and they would not do anything about this. This is on top of multiple the tech cancelled appointments

No technician came to my house. Mr Harel Accuse me of being aggressive, and I attacked him. I’ve made several complaints about him and how aggressive he was with me. I have camera footage as proof. this is a problem that has been going on with my refrigerator since September is unacceptable.

It took 3 appointments for someone to finally show up which cost me $140 for him to look at my dryer. Although technician was nice. He came 3 appointments later. I pay Sears $108 a month (I’m in my 10th year now) and I still have to purchase a new dryer. Thanks for nothing Sears Home Warranty. I need a better Home warranty option.

The technician never showed up, this is BS. Sears you're horrible and so is this service that I paid for. This is disturbing that you take someone's money and don't provide any service. YOUR TECHNICIAN NEVER SHOWED UP.

Part that was installed by Sears Repair service person, didn't do a good job. The next day after parts were installed noticed everything was frozen in the refrigerator section .Milk, Eggs, vegetables etc. The water dispenser was also frozen couldn't get any water. Called Sears to let them know about what's going on, was told that they would get me a emergency service. Never send anyone, now I have to wait 2 weeks to get someone to see what's going on. In the meantime I can't used my Refrigerator because everything is freezing up. I also have the Master plan warranty which I renew every year and each year they raise on the maintenance warranty. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend anyone.

First we are given a day and have to wait until the night before to be given a 4 hour window, and so we wait. The day of after a couple of hours have passed we are updated to a 2 hour window, which is then pushed back two more hours. The service person never shows up (yes we have a doorbell camera) and then there is an email for our “accepted estimate” with an attached picture of a “signature” that says, “cancel at the door”. So now we have to call to get a second appointment because, the first person didn’t show up. Just shody business practices with shady technicians. This is not the company it used to be by any stretch of the imagination. They shouldn’t even be allowed to call it Sears. And before the company tries to make it sound like this is not par for the course, this is not the first repair incident we have had with Sears this year and the prior one was so terrible between each tech saying they needed to order a part but not putting in the part that the previous tech put in, along with false appointments as well, that we ended up purchasing a new appliance from Costco. This isn’t a one off, this is who you are now.
