The service Tech was great and very professional. The part ordered as of this message has not come in , I ordered the part from amazon almost three weeks ago I received it with in a week, for over two weeks I informed customer service too set met up for service I have the part, when the day would arrived the AI would call and state my item ordered from Sears had not been delivered I would have to reschedule service, this delayed my dryer from being fixed for almost three weeks, I am upset with SHS, I'm still waiting on the part for the dryer, as per the AI.
